William G. Glass

Mr. Glass was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He is married to Elizabeth Gold Glass, a pediatric physical therapist. Mr. Glass and Elizabeth have three children, Lily,18, Graham, 15, and Kent, 9.

Mr. Glass received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law. Mr. Glass practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate finance, acquisitions, development and leasing, business transactions and administration, and civil litigation. He was formerly Senior Counsel for International Paper Company's Forest Products Division in Savannah, and Vice President and General Counsel of Cypress Communications, Inc., an Atlanta-based public telecommunications company. Before Cypress, Mr. Glass practiced at Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP in Atlanta, where he represented developers, investors, landlords and tenants in all facets of real estate practice.

Mr. Glass is a member of the Georgia and Savannah Bar Associations. He is active in several charities, including the Homebuilders Assocation of Georgia Savannah Chapter, Congregation Mickve Israel, UTime Savannah, which provides recreation and childcare for children with special needs in the Savannah area, and the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Association.
