Mr. Weiner's primary practice areas are commercial real estate development, construction, financing, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and management, and international / cross-border business transactions. His practice features a high number of high net worth individuals and companies, including local, regional, and international clients. Mr. Weiner affiliated with WSWGS after serving as in-house counsel for a large shopping center developer based in the midwest United States, external counsel for a construction company operating in 35 states, acquisitions director of an established European private equity fund investing in the southeastern United States, and a director of one of the largest residential real estate companies in Moscow, Russia. He has more than 15 years of experience as a transactional attorney and has served as the lead counsel in a number of major transactions in Georgia, Florida, and abroad. He chose Savannah as his home because of his love of the Low Country lifestyle.
Mr. Weiner represents real estate developers and owners, and foreign and domestic institutional and private lenders, and he is admitted to the practice of law in Georgia, Florida, Ohio, and Illinois. He is a member of the Savannah Bar Association and also the Co-Manager of the East West Alliance group of companies, which brings foreign investment partners to domestic commercial and residential real estate projects in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas.
