George P. Milmine II
Born and raised in Savannah, George P. Milmine’s practice is focused on corporate litigation, contract law and real estate law. Mr. Milmine has represented a diverse array of construction-related businesses during his career, including residential and commercial construction contractors and subcontractors, suppliers, land developers, landowners, and sureties. Mr. Milmine has likewise drafted and negotiated numerous contracts on behalf of these clients and a wide variety of other business entities. He has considerable experience in employment law, including the preparation and enforcement of restrictive covenants, as well as in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Mr. Milmine also counts medical suppliers, vehicle dealerships, and franchisees among his past and present clients.
Mr. Milmine is admitted to all state and superior courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Mr. Milmine earned his bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University and his law degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. Mr. Milmine has practiced law in the Savannah area for six years.
Mr. Milmine is the president of the Board of Trustees of Royce Learning Center and Chatham Academy. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Savannah South and the Nature Conservancy of Georgia.
He is married to Lauren Womack Milmine, a professor at Georgia Southern University. The Milmines have triplets: two daughters, Sadie and Bentley, and a son, Charlie.
