Logan Berland was born in Charleston, South Carolina, and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. As an undergraduate, Ms. Berland attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Cultures and Ancient Mediterranean Studies.  Ms. Berland went on to attend Georgia State University’s Colleges of Law and Business, where she obtained dual J.D. and M.B.A. degrees in 2023.

In law school, she focused on business and real estate law. She participated as a student attorney in the Phillip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and was a member of the GSU College of Law’s Business and Law Society.  

As a new associate at Weiner Shearouse, Ms. Berland will be focusing her practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions, real estate litigation, creditor advocacy in bankruptcy, probate, and general civil litigation.

Ms. Berland is admitted to practice in all Georgia superior and state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.  Ms. Berland is a member of the Savannah Bar Association, the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, and the Young Lawyers Divisions of the State Bar of Georgia and the Savannah Bar Association.

In her free time, Ms. Berland enjoys exploring the Georgia coastline, surfing, sailing, traveling, and spending time with family.
