Friedman & Weiner Founded

Our law firm was originally founded in 1961 as Friedman & Weiner.

1973

William Shearouse Joins Friedman, Haslam & Weiner, P.C.

William Shearouse becomes a partner at Friedman, Haslam & Weiner.

Stephen Greenberg Joins Friedman, Haslam, Weiner, Ginsberg, Shearouse, & Weitz, LLP.

Stephen Greenberg becomes a partner at Friedman, Haslam, Weiner, Ginsberg, Shearouse, & Weitz, LLP.

1995

We become Weiner, Shearouse, Weitz, Greenberg & Shawe, LLP

In May 1995, Ronald Ginsberg was appointed State Court judge by then-Gov. Zell Miller. After his departure from our law firm, our name changed to Weiner, Shearouse, Weitz, Greenberg, & Shawe, LLP.

2002

Weiner, Shearouse, Weitz, Greenberg & Shawe, LLP Expands

Our Savannah location on 14 E State Street expands into our neighboring building of four floors.

2019

Bluffton Office Opens

On November 18th, 2019, we opened a second office in Bluffton, South Carolina.

2022

Richmond Hill Office Opens

On June 3rd, 2022, we expanded by opening a new office in Richmond Hill, GA.

2025

Pooler Office Opens

Our office in Pooler opened on 125 Southern Junction Boulevard.
