Raised in Savannah, Georgia, Mr. Allen received his J.D from the University of Kentucky College of Law in Lexington, Kentucky in 2017. Before attending law school, Mr. Allen graduated from St. Andrew’s School in Savannah and then attended the University of South Carolina where he received his bachelor’s degree. While at U.K. Law, Mr. Allen was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and served as president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Prior to joining WSWGS, Mr. Allen gained experience representing a diverse group of national, regional and local corporate clients, with an emphasis on regional healthcare organizations, in various matters involving litigation, property development, contract negotiations, corporate compliance, among others.

Mr. Allen’s practice is primarily within the real estate field involving residential and commercial development, real estate closings, landlord/tenant matters, along with complex business and commercial contracts and transactions. Mr. Allen also routinely represents his clients in civil litigation.

Mr. Allen is admitted to all state and superior courts of Georgia, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Mr. Allen currently serves as a Board Member for the Savannah Speech & Hearing Center and previously served as Treasurer for the Savannah Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division. He was also selected as a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers from 2022 – 2024. Mr. Allen is married to Haley Allen, another attorney in Savannah, and they have a son, also named Ellis.
