Robert Schockman

Mr. Schockman is originally from Indiana and has lived in South Carolina since 2009. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina Beaufort in 2021, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In 2024, he graduated cum laude from the Charleston School of Law, where he received a CALI Award in Evidence.

During law school, Mr. Schockman worked as a law clerk for the Center for Heirs’ Property, handling real property matters, including petitions to determine heirs and quiet title actions.

Before joining Weiner Shearouse, Mr. Schockman acquired valuable experience in civil and criminal matters as a law clerk to the Honorable Carmen T. Mullen in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina.

Mr. Schockman is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and practices in residential and commercial real estate, as well as small-business lending.

In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, playing golf, and writing music.
