Ms. Hodges was raised on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. She graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She graduated from Charleston School of Law in 2022, where she received CALI awards in Professional Liability, Sports Law, and Medical Malpractice.

Prior to joining Weiner Shearouse, Ms. Hodges gained experience serving as general counsel for community associations with an emphasis on default servicing, bankruptcy, real property litigation, and other business, commercial and general civil litigation.

Ms. Hodges focuses her practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, real estate litigation, business litigation, commercial litigation, and civil litigation.

Ms. Hodges is currently licensed and admitted to practice law in South Carolina and the United States District Court of South Carolina. Ms. Hodges is a member of the Charleston Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

When not practicing law, Ms. Hodges enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and being on the water with her two dogs, Ada Mae and Mowgli.
