MEDIATION IN LAW
Mediation in law is a form of dispute resolution by using a neutral third party, called a mediator, to resolve their dispute peacefully. A mediation lawyer assists each party to come to their own decisions without forcing or influencing the client.
A great benefit to using a Mediator is that all mediation is performed outside of a courtroom. This relieves clients from the stress and cost of litigation and also prevents the key decisions from being left up to a judge. A Mediator facilitates the resolution between the two parties as painlessly as possible.
